Walmart Vision Center

If there was a way to add another star and make it 6 STARS!!!! I would. I unknowingly spent almost a freak'n hour on the phone with a woman named Susie, who ended up being a total rockstar and practically knew more than an optometrist (seriously) and just so super super friendly, all the while, helping other customers, while still tending to me, never missing a beat, when she was clearly swamped, then I came in saw her in person with my new Vision script in-hand per her instructions and she was a ray of sunshine in real-life. Hey, Walmart 'Promotion / Raise Material' Hint Freaking Hint. Blah blah, but for real, that kinda superior customer service, attention to detail, and actual care to my needs is the type of stuff that will actually keep me coming back over and over AGAIN!!!

Belen was beyond kind, professional and helpful. I spoke about my concerns financially with her, and I felt heard and we came down to the best possible lenses. Relaxed, friendly environment and all my questions were answered and I left with no anxiety- a first for me with any medical related visits. If you come here ask for her !!

I had my glasses done at this location in feb of 2025. My ins showed a copay of less than I was charged. Walmart wont stay on top of this to refund the diff. They claim they last contacted ins when I called in april & the ins co wont contact them back. I gave them 7 days from today so hopefully something will finally get done. Maybe I shud add interest since they have held my money since feb.

Susie (Azucera) is amazing! Very knowledgeable, accurate, compassionate and friendly. I had been other places, no one had taken the time to ask questions about what I was looking for or to explain how different lens work. She was very helpful as well as the rest of her staff. Thank you.
