I wasn't all that impressed with the customer service and maybe having to work on Memorial Day is hard, but I got in had an eye exam picked my glasses, super-fast. The ones I wanted online were out, but she tried. Great deal for the other frames I wanted, and I just got two of those $39.95 frames instead. Not super warm and inviting of a place but definitely got a good deal and they did the exam.

Luna was amazing! She explained everything that i needed to know about when i was getting my glasses and everything else! She was super sweet and knew how to keep a customer happy! 5/5 stars definitely for Luna. I cant say the same unfortunately though for the rest of the visit. I was surpassed a number of times for my 1030am appointment on 11/29. I didn't get into my actual appointment until 1105 am. I don't know how many times i was skipped over but it showed me that getting into an appointment wasn't actually serious. I was 35 minutes passed my scheduled time. People walked in after me and got in before me. All of my paperwork had been filled out same day it was sent. So why i was skipped over i dont know. But it felt like all that mattered was my money and not actually taking care of the customer. I understand some appointments take time but when i was checked in on time, there for my appointment, glasses picked out, and then sitting there like a sitting duck just felt awkward. More like a cash grab then an actual appointment.
My appointment itself was fine, the reception staff were friendly. The place was clean and nice. The doctor seemed indifferent. I've used daily contacts for over 12 years and expressed this during my appointment. The doctor continued to prescribe a monthly contact instead, despite my hesitation and concern about it. He told me during the appointment that we could do a trial with it and go from there and that if I didn't like the monthly's, he could give me a script for dailies. I tried it, and didn't like it. Within the next month I called at least 3 times asking for a new script in the equivalent of dailies. Each time the receptionist was very friendly, apologetic, and told me they'd call me back later in the day with an update. I never received call backs with updates. I never received a new script. So, I've been using their brand of monthly contacts, which constantly rip, so I'm paying more since I have to replace them frequently (more often than once a month). I'll also have to pay to have a new provider give me a whole new script. Pretty disappointing.
Very short wait, maybe 10 monutes. Doctpr did the tests throughly. She was very patient while doing the flipping of words for me to assess my prescription. Pleasant appointment all around. Staff even helped me pick out frame because I couldn't see myself in the mirror.
I just purchased a lovely pair of new glasses. Two amazing women helped expedite my visit and one saved me from having to leave because I forgot my prescription. She was kind enough to offer to call and locate my prescription. They were amazing and my visit was effortlessly executed. Thank you America’s Best in Keizer.
