The staff was professional from the front desk, the eye exam, and my picking out glasses. The fact that I have seen the same staff working there for many years says a lot about the clinic. Dr Bishop is very thorough and I appreciated his exam. He listened to my concerns and was able to offer a solution. I will continue to go back there as they are very worth it.

Every employee is a delight, pleasant, and in these days that IS 'unique'. Doctor Bishop is incredible, trustworthy, and concerned about us. Just like the olden days before we began to be treated like a number in most facilities. I won't use anyone else and I have been with them for many years.

Highly recommend this place for your eye care needs! The customer service is excellent, everyone is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve been bringing my teenage kids here for several years, and they have always been so great and patient with my special needs teenager, who is a very nervous patient. We saw the new doctor last week (I am so sorry I forgot his name) and had a great experience. He has a very calm demeanor, which really helped ease my son’s anxiety, and he was very clear when explaining everything, which made a huge difference in my son’s appointment and experience. My son felt very comfortable with him. They also have a great selection of frames to choose from! I’m so grateful to have found this place. Medical appointments with a special needs child can often be very stressful, and it’s such a relief to know we consistently have great experiences here. My son never feels negatively about going to the eye doctor, and that’s all thanks to this amazing team.

This review pertains only to the optician services. Both my husband and I got progressive glasses here. We were impressed with the selection of frames available. We were looking for certain brands and found options here. However, even though we asked the opinion of the optician about the frames we were looking at, and which we selected, they never checked them for fit. They did no fitting and sold us expensive frames with expensive progressive lenses without helping us to find the right size for each of us. I had never had progressives before. I didn't know how to fit them. The opticians should have done that. I wasted 100s of dollars on two pairs of glasses neither of which properly fit my husband or myself. My husband's frames are too small for him and had to be bowed out to fit on him. Mine were too big, with a large bridge and wide lens that meant the progression in the lens does not line up properly for me. What is the point of buying in person if they do not fit you? Terrible service. Go to someone who knows what they are doing when you are buying glasses, so they fit and work for you.

Solid business. The people are all knowledgeable and friendly, the building/equipment is nice, and they have a great selection of frames. I've been going there for years. I'm happy with them and always feel well taken care of when I'm there.
