Extremely professional. Dr. Sprouse takes the time to explain each test results and how each affects the full picture and eye health. Assistant Meryna also explained the tests before performing them and made me feel very very comfortable. Her kind and upbeat personality made the appointment pleasant. Front desk staff managed all the details of scheduling and payment seamlessly and very efficiently. My whole family are patients with Family Focus Eye Care and we are all very thankful for the great eye care we have received over the years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor at Family Focus Dry Eye Care Center in Salem for close to one year. I had received previous dry eye treatments from a clinic in Salem for two years without any positive results. Dr. Taylor's tailored treatments for my specific eye conditions, including ocular rosacea have changed my life. Dr. Taylor was the first optometrist to diagnose ocular rosacea and treat it accordingly. His expertise in the area of dry eye conditions are unparalleled. The team at the clinic are wonderful, friendly and do everything they can to accommodate my busy schedule. As an expert in his field, Dr. Taylor is the jewel in the crown.

My son and I are new in this place. I chose this facility seeing that this place has a very high rating and now I know why under my own experience, great stuff, great service and excellent doctor! I highly recommend this place! I am updating my experience at this place. We had been so pleased with the service provided. Amazing and efficient staff and wonderful eye specialist. I have an 11 year old who needs an eye exam and possibly glasses. We were denied an eye examination because I mentioned OHP. However I routinely pay with a CareCredit card at teeth and eye places. “They aren’t taking cash payments for legal reasons.” 🙄 I think it’s because they don’t want poor people in their establishment. It’s highly atypical for eye and teeth places to deny cash payments. Also, I always pay on time and have great credit. I have $8000 worth of credit on that card from using it previously. I have never been denied an eye examination. So weird. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have been coming to Family Focus for years. Dr. Taylor gives clear explanations, compassionate care, professionalism, efficient processes and cares about me and my eye health. Your greeted when you walk in the door by Tracy or Tanishia who are always professional. Both provide excellent customer service. The office is very comfortable, stress-free and atmosphere is very friendly. They have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from and will help you choose just the right frames that compliment your style. I am so happy with Family Focus.
