I had been with Simon Eyes at Wilmington, Delaware for more than 30 years and I am planning to stay for 30 more years. I am very please with the way I am treated here. Doctors, technicians and everybody else are fantastic and very polite. Marah always helps me to decide which frame to pick. Doctors are very knowledgeable and answer my questions or concerns in a way that's easy for me to understand. The front desk young lady treats me with respect and she is always very nice. Keep up the excellent work you all are doing!

I had an amazing experience at Simon Eye on 3/17/26. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism, care, and kindness truly stood out. Carla May made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, setting the tone right away. Marah and Lisette were both incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Tiffany and Shayla brought such positive energy and patience, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. And Dr. Bergado—absolutely outstanding! Thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I felt heard, informed, and confident in my care. It’s not often you come across a team where everyone works together so seamlessly while still making you feel like a priority. Simon Eye definitely exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier eye care with a personal touch! I love this place!!!! Best selection- if you’re co spidering contacts, don’t go anywhere else! They carry all of the major brands, so when I had spent 6 months struggling with the only option my previous eye doctor offered, Simon Eye offered me a different brand that fits great and works. I’m awaiting my backup glasses, but the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, I’m confident I’ll be happy. 100% satisfied!

Docs was great all was good just when I had went to get my prescription for contacts . It was kinda suspect cause I left my wallet in the truck didn’t know they didn’t have tap so as I told the receptionist I have to grab my wallet , she had taken the paper back like I wasn’t coming back to pay . That was suspect . Rubbed me the wrong way .

This was my first time visiting this location and I have to say the didn't disappoint me. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Special recognition for Mara I told her what I was looking for and each pair of glasses met my expectations. I got 3 pair of glasses, plus Mara advised me the 2nd pair was 40% off and she met my budget. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this location.
