I had a great experience at Simon Eye. This will be my first time wearing glasses and everyone was very kind and informative. The eye exam without drops was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful when picking out my first pair of glasses. I had to bring my 6 year old son with me and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. I will definitely stay with Simon Eye.

I lost the screw to my glasses this morning and I had installation job to do.And I had to get to simon is and hope and pray, they could prepare my glasses, and I could still make my appointment and look professional.And what do you know, the technician and her name is Mars was able to repair my glasses and have me on my way. That is service that I can be proud of I've been with Simon. I's for quite a few years. And they always impressed me with their service. Thank you. Simon Eyes, from me to you!

My daughter broke her glasses; I was trying to get a replacement done before vacation. The lady really seemed like she was pushing for me and said it would be done by Saturday. I told her if it wasn't done by then I would want to wait bc our insurance kicks in the following week. Well, they did not have them done on time and this lie cost me 150 bucks. I do not recommend buying glasses here. Looking into a new provider for my family of 5. We buy at least one pair of glasses each year for each person. They have lost our business.

I just want to say high praise to Miss Mars for fixing my sunglasses . I accidentally sat on my glasses i lost all hope in getting them fixed; I also remember that I had a great experience at Simon's eye purchasing my reading glasses on 202 so I took a chance it was worth it!!! Thank you so much Miss Mars you Rock honey 😊 not to mention we are August birthday twins 🥳

Went into the Concord Pk office to pick up frames. I signed in and patiently waited about 15 mins to be called, 2 other people that signed in after me was called and waited on. When bringing it to their attention they then had me complete my pick up standing at the repair station. I was told I can try on the frames and find a mirror anywhere around the room. While the service I am used to, is sitting at the desk and the tech ensuring the fit, alignments and overall frame is perfect like the 2 people that were called ahead of me. In addition my account was never pulled up. I was supposed to place/purchase another pair (order already on my file) today but the person never pulled up the account. I’ve been coming to Simon eye for over 20 yrs and today service was unacceptable. Walmart provides better services than what was displayed today. And I will not be purchasing that 2nd pair, I will take my money elsewhere.
