I request Dr. Alana Kretschmaier for all my eye appointments as she is very good, patient,knowledgeable Professional in every way…Receptionist are always kind, patient accommodating Professional in every way as well… Stephanie Flowers ABO Certified Optician was Very kind,patient, accommodating especially price wise…Very Professional. This was the 1st time I met her and so happy I did. This was the Limestone Rd location as I always go to as well. Thank you, Jacqueline Gardner

Stephanie Flowers I highly recommend as well…ABO Certified Optician.. Kind ,friendly, knowledgeable as other staff. Her prices were very reasonable and acceptable. Very pleased with my service here. I had the same eye doctor for years and decided I needed a change and this was a great one. I feel like I got a more comprehensive exam and a better prescription. The frame assortment was pretty good and I really appreciate Jenn G's help and feedback about my frames. I wanted something different and she helped me with my choices. The ones I settled on are a new look for me. I picked them up today and put them on. Wow! They immediately felt great. I have never had a pair of glasses fit this comfortably right away. My visual field was right on. With progressives that has not always been the case with other places. I will continue to keep coming back to Simon Eye Pike Creek.

Excellent experience at Simon Eye on Limestone. I was checked in quickly and moved through the rooms and testing easily. The doctor, Alana Kretschmaier, took her time with me, had a great bedside manner and explained things well. All staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Super friendly staff..horrible accuracy in services. For starters, they mishandled my insurance which ended up costing me more money. Then even after I question the doctor about the accuracy of my script she assures me it’s okay. I come back a couple days later and tell them there’s no way the eye prescription is correct and to please send back the contacts and have them replaced with the previous prescription, Which they tell me is going to take a while and I tell them that it’s okay I can wait. So I wait almost another month and when I go to pick them up today they give me the correct prescription but with once a month lenses instead of the every other weeks lenses I paid FULL price for. And never even notified me I have a 90 dollar credit until I asked if there was a price difference. They managed to get my Gucci frames and bifocal lenses right…thanks Limestone Rd location. I should’ve made them take back the contacts today but I just don’t have the patience for the continuous incompetence.
