Simon Eye Associates

I was in search of an eye care facility after having moved from New Jersey; decided to give Simon Eye a chance. I visited them and met Ms.Peggy, instant vibe, very professional and kind. Through her, we set up an appointment with Dr. Yatskevitch. Dr. Yatskevitch knows his stuff and as a new patient, he answered all of my questions as well as shared knowledge with me about eye care. I thought he was great. Ms. Lisa took care of my prescription and set up my new eyeglasses, she was very polite, fun to talk to and very knowledgeable in her craft as well, also, the turnaround time to receive them was quick. Happy to be a new patient at Simon Eye!!

We had trouble with the new glasses fitting comfortable on the right side for more than a day. I had to make 3 returns and minor adjustments every other day. I finally brought in an older pair that fit well. Another small adjustment was made after comparing the right side. Now, with their patience and of course knowing me by sight, all is well. Three solved the problem with and all is well. Their professionalism is the best.

I absolutely love Simon Eye! I haven't always gone here, but every visit has been wonderful. I was just there this week, and the service was impeccable. The employee - Ms. Amber M. - that helped me pick out a new pair of glasses was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions, and Dr. Yatskevich is awesome! I'd definitely recommend a visit to Simon Eye if you need an eye doctor!!!

This was our first visit to Simon eye care and from the moment we walked in we were impressed by the attention that we received. I guess our old eye Dr's office we were used to how we were treated when we went there. Today was such a much better experience. Dr Gross was very informative and spent time making sure that we understood the things he was explaining. He saw my husband right after me and he has some serious eye issues. After the appointment was over he came out to explain things to me too. The entire office staff treated us like we mattered, we are both so impressed and so glad that we were referred to Dr Gross.

From one end of building (clinical to eyeglass sales) their service and attitude is warm, caring, professional and thoughtful. The ophthalmologist is wonderful and I know she understands my clinical situation, the optometrist is terrific and fit my chosen frames perfectly. I feel completely safe and secure with their care. Highly recommend this office!!
