Disappointment regarding my recent experience at your office in Tulare, CA. Unfortunately, my visit did not align with my expectations for customer service and professionalism. I would like to highlight a couple of key concerns that I encountered during my visit: - Knowledge and Professionalism: I found the staff to be lacking in essential knowledge related to the services provided. This was both frustrating and felt disrespectful to my needs as a customer. - Prescription Access: I was unable to obtain my prescription during my visit, and was informed that it would be sent via email. However, when I followed up the next day, the prescription I received was incomplete and lacked the necessary information to order my glasses online. Given these issues, I have decided not to return to your office in the future.

The reason I rated this place a 1 star is because I had called and made an appointment as a new patient. The day before my appointment they called and canceled on me. So I found another office. Just last week they called and asked if I was ready to make an appointment "since I canceled the last appointment" I corrected the lady on the phone and told her that I never canceled my appointment, it was actually you guys who canceled on me. I asked them to remove me from the calling list last week and just today they called AGAIN. Here is the call log.. Yall need better admins to run the phone lines😐

Our Family the Hayes have Been Dr Bruce Potters Patients for Years, He was such a Kind Caring Person along with his Wonderful Staff we will Miss him & some of the Other Staff members that Also Retired. Best Wishes to you all, Welcome to all the New Eye Doctor & his Staff.

Worst experience ever at this office. During the 4 month experience, of not receiving my new glasses, I received numerous reasons as to why it was taking so long & I was given all of these reasons after I made the phone calls to the office, not once did anyone from the office reach out to me. I finally had to visit the office in person & ask for a refund. Took my refund to Target, received my new glasses in a week & also saved over $200, compared to this office.

I’m new to the area and I chose this place because of other reviews. It did not disappoint. I brought my son and mother here. They both agreed it was a pleasant experience. They each received their glasses in the time frame we were given. I wouldn’t have given them business if 3x if I didn’t like it the first time. Thank you staff for your courtesy and keeping us safe.
