From start to finish, the care, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. A special shoutout to Benjamin, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, making what’s often a routine and sometimes frustrating process into an experience that felt personalized and enjoyable. Benjamin made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and his support was absolutely top tier. And my new glasses? Perfect in every way. The fit, the prescription, the style, everything is spot on. I can honestly say I’ve never had a pair of glasses feel this right from day one. Site for Sore Eyes Employees are so warm and so welcoming!! ❤️ The selection in frames here is amazing 🤓 and my visit was so perfect… never felt rushed or pushed and so patient with helping me make sure my frames fit and look very stylish for my face 🙏🏼 Also they help me with my other glasses that needed alittle fixing and they made it happen in no time 🙏🏼 I definitely will be coming back to purchase more frames and get my eye exams here 🫶🏽 Thank you 🙏🏼 By the way they have two locations so make sure to check places out… Both locations Employees are Wonderful and so helpful 🫶🏽
I'm so excited for this location in town center. It's so convenient and such a beautiful space. Everyone who worked here from the front desk people to the doctors were incredibly kind and they all had such great energy. It was fun to come in. By far best eye doctor experience I've ever had. I highly recommend. Plus they had a bunch of really great designer glasses options. All around fantastic!
Benjamin and Holly were super upbeat and very helpful in finding the right glasses for my wife. They went out their way to to speak directly to our insurance company. The glasses look great on my wife and she is no longer walking into walls. …a big plus. Go check them out in EDH Town Center.
