I drive from Lafayette to get glasses from this helpful and professional crew. Selection is huge, staff is attentive, and my progressive lenses are perfect. They handled insurance seamlessly. Highly recommend!

I wasn't even a customer yet Erica went out of her way to adjust not one but TWO of my eyeglasses (for free!) that had always given me problems and the original vendor couldn't fix! PS They are SO friendly-I'm an immediate customer!!!

The staff was super knowledgable. They have a great selection of frames. They were patient with all of my questions and they made suggestions and helped me find what I needed. To make it all better, the turn around was super fast! They had the lenses I needed on hand. I went to 2nd and Charles while I waited and they called me in 30 minutes.

Excellent customer service. I bought a pair of eyeglasses almost two years ago and they were very helpful then. And today I brought it in because one of the screws came off and lens came off. Erica fixed and thoroughly cleaned the glasses and made them look new. They have a huge variety of frames.
