I came here after being a longtime customer elsewhere, and I’m so glad I made the switch. In all my years of wearing contacts and glasses, I’ve never had an exam this thorough or technology this advanced. Every concern I had was truly heard. The doctor took the time to fine-tune my prescription and was just as attentive when I returned for a recheck. Scheduling was easy, and every staff member I encountered was kind and welcoming. I look forward to coming back for all my optical needs.

First pair of glasses were crooked, went back multiple times problem was not fixed. I was stuck with glasses that fit side ways on my face. This time been waiting almost 2 weeks to receive my glasses or get an update and when I called they said they cracked the lenses and had to order some more but I could come get those. No one called to update me on the problem and probably wouldn’t have updated me if I wouldn’t have called in , would have been waiting another two weeks.

I had a great experience at my eye doctor visit! The staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole process was super easy. They fitted me for a new pair of contacts and made sure everything was comfortable and clear before I left. The visit was quick and smooth—very much an in-and-out clinic, which I really appreciated. I’m so thankful for how simple they made everything!
