The follow up experience was pretty good. All the employees I came in contact with was very courteous and professional. They made it Easy and comfortable to work with. They all listen to me with my input. Thank you! Telling It Like It IS 👍👍👍 TerryB 🤓
All but a couple of doctors I've encountered at BRC have been exceptional. From beside manner to amount of time spent with each patient is more than I initially hoped for. They give great recommendations for care. I like the fact that the doctor can order testing and you can walk right down the hall and have it all done right away. The results also come back sometimes by the end of the day.
Dr. Winburn is exactly the kind of physician every patient deserves. He is thorough, genuinely attentive, and takes the time to truly listen rather than simply go through the motions. My visit yesterday reminded me why I trust him completely with my care. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and communicates clearly without making you feel rushed. I am grateful to have him as my primary care physician and would recommend him without hesitation.
The recent doctors we have used for my kids have been amazing. However, their billing is very dishonest if you aren’t going through insurance. My baby had a lapse of insurance for a couple months. We were getting a procedure done that I got the cash price for. We agreed to it and paid upfront after I asked several questions. I even asked if the price was going to change because the procedure got moved from the appointment day (spaced out) due to some work we needed to do on her beforehand. Months later, they’re charging almost $600 more. I would have shopped around or waited a couple months later when she was on insurance for the procedure if they had been honest. They now won’t let my baby revisit the doctor we have a good relationship with for her on going ear infection. Cash price should not have hidden fees. Medical billing needs to be transparent. My experience has been cleaner when going through insurance for another kid.
