We had such a wonderful experience at this office with my child! The doctor was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything in a way my child could understand, which really helped ease any nerves. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and the entire visit felt calm and organized. I especially appreciated how attentive the doctor was during the exam and how clearly they explained the results and next steps. It’s such a relief to find a provider who truly cares about children feeling comfortable and confident. Highly recommend for any parent looking for an eye doctor who is both professional and great with kids!

Dr. Carlin and his assistant gave me a very thorough examination! He then spent a lot of time going over the results in detail, making sure I understood how my vision was and how glasses would benefit me. The person who fitted me for glasses, helped me select an ideal pair and spent time making sure they fit properly. She also showed me the option with hearing aids which I hope to purchase soon. Overall, I am extremely glad I have found this practice to now meet my vision needs. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Carlin and staff are extremely helpful from scheduling through the checkout process. I called on the chance I could get in as I had a painful eye infection since my then current eye doctor's office could not fit me in timely. Staff scheduled me for the very next day without question. And, I have received excellent care under Dr. Carlin. He is very thorough and explains diagnosis, treatment plan, and follow up expections at each visit. I am happy that I made the transfer from previous doctor.

I was so impressed with Dr. Carlin and his staff. The overall visit was great and very detailed. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and anyone who asks for a recommendation. I have been going to another well known practice in town for 20 years and there is no comparison between that large practice and Dr. Carlin’s office!

The front desk team and assistant to Dr. Waguespack were all professional and welcoming. Dr. Wagenspack is a highly experienced OD. As a new patient, she took time to discuss her findings and how those would align with my current and future needs. I had a great experience with Dr. Wendy Waguespack and team.
