I have been a customer for many years. Recently, I had an awful experience. I purchased a pair of glasses. They immediately fell to pieces. Ear peices and nose peices off. The total drive to the local store is 2 hours. I have returned to the shop 4 times for the same eye glasses to be repaired and each time an employee allegedly fixed them within a minute, only for them to fall apart within hours. Yesterday, I called and spoke to the manager; who told me I can drive them to Atlanta for repairs……..honestly, if I just did that it would of been the same amount of driving and I might be wearing glasses right now. I did clarify that his recommendation, was to drive to Atlanta and he did state to come in and they’d fix the glasses. I’m standing here now while he serves customers and tries to fix my glasses. Never will I come here again! Of note, I work in a remote part of the world, so everytime my glasses fell to pieces, I’m not able to get them fixed promptly. I think coming in patiently 3 times should be sufficient to be treated with some respect and dignity!
