I love the Grove due to its professional, friendly, and clean environment!!! But that PJ Coffee Shop is an entirely different review!!! They provides the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They are rude, unfriendly, and clearly displays their frustration with their job!! They will even tell you a machine is broken becuz they don't feel like being bothered with making it! And this has happened multiple times when I go there for doctor appointments. It's hard to understand how this type of customer service is allowed in such a professional hospital!! The owner of that coffee shop need to offer their staff incentives of some sort to encourage better customer service!! That building is full of sick people for goodness sake!!!!. Friendly customer service should be top priority!!!

No matter which doctor im going to see at this location im always waiting for over an hour. But the gonzales location i can get there and be seen all within 20 minutes. The physical therapist is the only one i never have to wait on but the doctors need to do better!

I had a mammogram done at ochsner on the Grove boulevard I highly recommend going there for your inpatient care they really make sure that you feel comfortable and the staff is amazing from the time that I arrive there the secretary that checks you in and the people that take care of you are excellent

The parking at the Grove for wheelchair accessible vehicles is very limited. Must of the time other none van handicap vehicle are parked in it's spot. Vehicles are parked across the blue strips. Parking has become really bad at this location. I've missed appointments because of parking. Arriving 30 minutes early doesn't always work either.
