The lady who is working behind the counter today is a complete failure at her job. She provides no customer service, goes back on her word, and does NOTHING to help customers. Regardless of how good the doctor was or good my experience was in the past I cannot overlook how I was treated today. I will not be back to this, or any, Wal-Mart location.
