Ashley and her workers at the bakery were not helpful at all. And they have flies where they cakes are stored.

We shop at Sam's a lot & last Friday my wife was there getting about $170 worth of stuff at or around noon. She used scan and go like she always does everything was good other than the store being very crowded. Later that day around 6:30 pm multiple $399 Sams Club purchases started rolling in they cleaned out my account and then it started pulling from my savings to stop me from getting overdraft fees they cleaned that out too until nothing was left. I dont quite know how it happened yet, but Sams customer service is crap. We keep getting Chinese people who dont understand us on the line. They totally screwed up our sams account to where we can't even login now.

They are not coordinated in the handling of customer service, plus the online system does not work for them and in addition I order my pizzas and the system tells me that the order is ready and I had not even placed the order in the oven, it was not ready, in addition to the fact that I am waiting 40 minutes I have to wait additional for this malfunction another 35 minutes. And so Sam's Club intends to charge more for a membership that does not provide quality service to its customers, Should people consume less of this business that is only interested in one’s money and not in excellent service? More than disappointed :(:(

Great place all around, great prices, great selection, most of the employees are great to… gets very busy and can accumulate some very long lines depending on what time of day you go. You may or may not get a buggy/ shopping cart to shop with. Most of the time they have them ready but several times we’ve been and had to go find our own in the parking lot so grab one from the parking lot on the way in to be on the safe side and you’ll thank me some day if you frequent this Sam’s often. The Walmart and this Sam’s along with many other businesses at Siegen marketplace are undergoing renovations so parking and certain areas of the place are blocked off, sometimes bathrooms, it’s a lot of renovations which is a great thing for the future not so great for the present. If you find yourself at Sam’s Club on Siegen, if you can beat the crowd and find a place to park check out Texas Roadhouse on side of Sam’s, best TR location in probably 200+ miles, I’ll do a review on it soon. It’s ridiculously busy most of the time but if you can get a seat it’s worth the wait.
