Today was my son’s first appointment with Dr. Jong and I COULD NOT be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of care we received. My son who is 8, has been struggling with reading due to intermittent double vision. He has been prescribed glasses in the past that would improve his quality of vision, but I often still noticed him closing one eye to read, trouble accommodating when switching from near to far tasks, complaining of headaches, etc. After a few visits with the optometrist I work for in Lafayette, it was recommended for him to see Dr. Jong for vision therapy! Personally, having 10 years experience in the optometry/ophthalmology field, I can say that the level of care Dr. Jong, Sydney (technician), and her entire staff offered to us today was phenomenal and much appreciated!! SO happy to have their help on this journey!! -a very thankful momma
Dr. Jong and her team are amazing! She took her time to make sure she had the appropriate Rx for my daughter, even after my daughter’s screening results kept throwing her for a loop! They express the utmost customer service and satisfaction.
My sunglasses broke beyond repair. Skylar helped me choose a new pair, included all the specs (trifocals, Neurolens) and I got them the next week. They are perfect and a perfect fit! I always know the staff st Advanced Eye Center give me excellent care and what is best for me
I had the most amazing experience. Dr. Jong is an amazing doctor and helped me tremendously. I have been in glasses or contacts for 32 years and this was the most thorough examination I have ever received. The staff went above and beyond to help me understand what test were being performed all the way to what frames looked best on me. I even treated myself to some prescription sunglasses.
