20/20 recommend! I recently had LASIK done here, and the experience from start to finish was amazing. Huge shoutout to Kyle for making the entire process feel so easy and comfortable. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. She answered every question I had, always made sure I was taken care of, and brought such a joyful & positive energy to every appointment that it honestly made me look forward to coming back. She has one of those personalities that instantly makes you feel at ease, which goes a long way when you’re nervous about eye surgery. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process! The front desk ladies were great, super friendly, and quickly got me checked in. Definitely can't forget to mention Taylor, the lady with the pink nails behind the front desk area who handled my payment. She was incredibly patient, nice, and helpful when my brain clearly wasn’t operating at full speed that day and I was quite loopy lol. The surgery itself went smoothly, the post-op care has been excellent, and everything feels very streamlined and organized. Overall, they really make you feel like more than just another patient. If you’re considering LASIK, I highly recommend this place. If you’re considering LASIK, I definitely recommend this place and and if you get the chance to work with Kyle, you’ll be in great hands!

Yes, I was okay with my upper eye surgery BUT I felt so rushed where I would get nervous and not ask half the questions I had. I am 74 and went for a procedure to correct extreme heavy upper eye lids that caused sight issues due to the eye lids pushing eye lashes down. Was I pleased with it cosmetically, yes, but the doctor made me feel like an old lady only looking for an eye lift.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Blake Williamson and Dr. Chen for my LASIK procedure. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the process. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and cared for every step of the way. The procedure was quick, and I’m so happy with my results. Thank you to the entire staff for such amazing care! Highly recommend!
If you want going to the eye doctor to be a part time job, this is the place for you. I once had to go in person to ask a question about contacts because no one ever answered the phone. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I'm currently waiting on a prescription, but they haven't filled out the necessary paperwork in 2.5 days and of course, they are not answering the phone again. I recommend Trio Eye Care - I never had issues with them.
Couldn’t be happier with my new corrective lenses after my cataract surgery. Dr. Patrick and his whole team are simply outstanding! If you’ve been putting off cataract surgery, don’t. My vision is so much better than before and I don’t have to wear glasses at all! So glad I didn’t wait years before having it done.
