My first time at this Dr office was the greatest experience. The set up was totally different from what I was used to. Gina and Jocelyn was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Dr. Smilen made me very comfortable. The crazy thing is that appointment last minute as I was about to lose my benefits. Dr. Smilen is very caring for the health and well being of my eyes, I've been with him for years until I got PRK surgery and he's been caring for my post op still. The ladies at the desk are amazing, friendly and will make sure your needs are met. Wide selection of glasses to choose from, some selections are insurance covered, as well as contacts are available.
Dr.Smilen is a good and thorough doctor. However the receptionists give horrible customer service by being very rude and unprofessional. It’s sad to see such a great doctor have a horrible team!! The only way I would return is if he gets new receptionists.
At smiling eyecare. I get the best service. I get my eyes checked thoroughly. I never leave there unhappy between the ladies in the front and doctor smiling, it's definitely a wonderful visit.
