I can’t recommend Dr. Shreya Patel at Clear Eye Health Eyewear in Westport enough. From the moment we connected, her professionalism, bedside manner, and genuine care immediately stood out. Over the course of a little more than a month, both my daughter and I experienced separate eye-related situations that were concerning and needed prompt attention, but didn’t rise to the level of an emergency room visit. In both cases, Dr. Patel went above and beyond by making time for same-day appointments, listening carefully, asking the right questions, and using her excellent clinical judgment to quickly identify the best course of action. What impressed me most was her combination of critical thinking, thoroughness, and responsiveness. She didn’t rush through either situation, she took the time to fully evaluate what was happening, explain everything clearly, and make sure we were comfortable with the plan. Both issues were addressed and remedied almost immediately thanks to her expertise and attention to detail. Finding a healthcare provider you can truly trust is invaluable, and Dr. Patel has earned that trust with my family. Her compassion, knowledge, and dedication to her patients are exceptional. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and willing to spend time with her patients. She provided a thorough exam, encouraged questions, and offered explanations and suggestions. I felt totally comfortable. It was also a pleasure working with her technician and with her optician, who were helpful and patient. I’ve scheduled my follow-up appointment.

I cant even begin to express how much I LOVE this office. When you first walk in, it literally feels like you stepped into a spa. Its clean, light, and smells absolutely Amazing. Dr.Eiffert is beyond amazing. He didnt just check my eyes and send me on my way, he took the time to teach me about my eyes. He cared about the health of my eyes, and did so many different techniques to ensure I would be able to see perfectly. He was patient, kind, and has a sense of humor! I left his office feeling impressed and secure. I even met the owner Dr.Shreya Patel as she jumped in to assist me with choosing the right frames for my face. She is gorgeous in person, but her attitude, banter, and just girls girl attitude made my experience that much better. Lastly but importantly, the opticians, they are the BEST! Those 2 ladies are phenomenal and also made my experience feel personalized and fun! I promise it doesnt even feel like a doctors office, it was soooo wonderful. Its like a breath of fresh air in there. Dr.Patel has really curated a beautiful team, including her receptionist!! I could go on and on. It was such a time, that I had to take pictures in my "progressive frames" which by the way they offer you different price points that are reasonable for out of pocket expenses! Even the eyedrops that i needed for my dryness, they use a company that accepted my insurance and I didnt have to pay out of pocket for them!!! I hit the jackpot pot when I found them on Google, and ill recommend them to any and everybody that I know or come into contact with. Thank you all for your care!!! See you guys soon!!

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Eiffert after many years of seeing Dr. Patel, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Eiffert was incredibly thorough, patient, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel completely comfortable throughout the exam. It was an easy and reassuring transition, and I feel confident I’m in excellent hands. I also want to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff—they were outstanding. They were so helpful in guiding me through the glasses and contact lens ordering process and navigating my insurance, making what can sometimes be a confusing experience feel seamless and stress-free. Overall, a truly 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
