I love & trust them & will not change to go anyway else! I had cataract surgery on my left eye a few years ago and it went well! Now I just scheduled cataract surgery for my right eye later this month! I’ve known their practice for over 45 years & started with Doctor Danial Doctor & now am blessed with care from his dedicated daughter Doctor Leslie Doctor! Highly recommend them to everyone!
Dr. Leslie Doctor is a superb opthalmologist and a kind person, who takes extra time to help patients understand their eye care. When I had an eye problem over the weekend, she called me herself to give me guidance. Everyone is the office is very patient and generous. No wonder this is an extremely popular practice. They're the best!
I had a great visit with Dr. Michael Bautista at SightMD in Norwalk. CT. The staff was very professional and pleasant. Dr. Bautista was very knowledgeable, professional and caring about my condition. I am looking forward to have him take care my eye sight going forward. I highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a great eye doctor!
⸻ I’m very disappointed with my experience regarding billing practices at this office. I was double charged a fee that was paid before my visit. When I contacted my insurance company, they confirmed that my responsibility had already been fully paid according to my plan. Despite this, I continue to be billed without a clear justification or breakdown of the charges. Transparency in healthcare billing is extremely important, and patients should not be left confused or feeling like they are being charged unfairly. I would strongly encourage this office to improve communication around fees and ensure patients are properly informed in advance. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this provider.
My interactions with Leslie Doctor and her staff were excellent. The wait time was excessive. It took one hour and 45 minutes to complete a routine eye exam.
