I love the team here at Eye Care Associates. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and now my grandchildren go here as well. I totally trust the staff and doctors and would not trust my families eyes to anyone else. Debbie and Dr. Gregier are the best!

Receptionist and optometrist and all staff are welcoming and helpful. Dr. Greiger and his assistant were careful to be very very precise with my lenses which required a prism. Will continue there as I have been and would definitely recommend.
I’m extremely frustrated with my experience here. About a month ago I had an eye exam with Dr. Ngo, whom I actually like very much. However, the issues started when I went to order my contact lenses. The man at the front desk never asked for my updated insurance card, so the $125 contact lens benefit from my insurance was never applied. When I later asked if the $125 had been taken off, he told me my insurance card was expired. If that was the case, why wasn’t I asked for the updated card in the first place? Then when I received my contacts, I believe the wrong lenses were ordered. I went back to the office and brought the prescription I was given as a trial pair to show them, and instead of helping resolve the issue, I was asked where I got them—which made no sense since they were given to me by the Doctor. I was told that Dr. Ngo would call me so we could discuss the prescription, but despite calling three times since then, I have not received a return call. At this point, the lack of follow-up and communication is completely unacceptable. My family will be taking our business elsewhere.
The doctor who treats my daughter is very kind and attentive; he answers all our questions, and he has a whole team available to help.
For a first time experience I am very please specially Isabel was perfect.
