I have been going to this Cohen’s location for a few years now and find the office manager, Michael’s, customer service remarkable. Very old school customer first, prompt, and friendly! Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Jaime Schwarz for the first time and was very impressed! She was super smart, patient with her time, and simply kind. More reason to continue getting my contacts and glasses here. A true gem.
One of the nicest people at this location and very kid-friendly. The optician was super helpful, easy to work with, and very reasonable when fixing issues with my kids’ glasses and frames. We had a great experience this Saturday
Dr. David Blum saw me today on an emergency basis for a medical eye exam. He was so thorough, explaining everything along the way, appeasing both my worry and stress, as well as my scientific curiosity. He really listens and demonstrates exceptional care for his patients. I cannot recommend him enough. As for the rest of the staff, they are great as well. Very welcoming and friendly and always provide excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
