This was my first visit and I have to say it was an amazing experience! From start to finish It was a 10/10. It’s beautiful inside with boutique vibes, clean and very beautiful display of glasses. The staff was SO friendly. Shirlene went above and beyond to explain everything to me, and the actual doctor was very personable and thorough. I will definitely go back and I would recommend them to anyone I know!
What a fantastic shop! This is now my favorite shop in New Canaan. Eddie is super helpful, patient and he’s the guy that will be making your custom lenses. You want a cool/custom tint for your frames? He can do it! Highly recommend. Everyone in the shop is very nice and helpful, and no pressure! 5 Stars!
Dr. Considine explained everything about my eye health, possible treatment options for my dry eye symptoms , and different types of contact lenses that could work for me. She answered all my questions in an unhurried way and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire exam. She and all her staff were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Eyes on Elm and am happy to have found them and be accepted as a new patient to their practice.
Eyes on Elm is always a great experience. Dr. Consodine is very thorough and answers all of my questions. She spends the time I need to make sure we cover everything. The rest of the stuff are delightful as well.
We had such a wonderful experience at Eyes on Elm! Dr. Considine was absolutely amazing with my daughter — so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease. Sharlene, our eyewear specialist, was just as fantastic! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect frames and made the whole process fun and easy. Truly the best customer experience and service we’ve had — highly recommend Eyes on Elm!
