The staff made every effort to accommodate my schedule and needs. Everyone worked efficiently with respect, skill and understanding. My post surgical exam was very thorough, and the new prescription glasses will be ready in about two weeks. I am very pleased with the care I received.
I’ve been a patient here for years. Dr Tepliz and other doc I’ve seen have been great. They’ve always made me feel relaxed and comfortable with eye exams. They’ve always were also great with helping my daughter teaching her how to wear contacts and wondering when we had a Sunday morning emergency. They’ve always sent a doc to meet us at the office and very patient and gentle with my daughter who was very nervous and upset. The eyewear selection is fabulous and I always receive complete in what they help me pick out. Best eye care for me ever!
Starting with the staff, this doctor has truly selected. The best team ever not only is Dr. Tepliz and incredible doctor, but the support from the office that makes every visit an amazing experience. They are extremely helpful, accommodating, and always so friendly. Dr. Tepluz is caring and compassionate. I always feel well taken care of and confident that I am in the best hands.
Dr Nizami has been my optometrist for going on 5 years since I moved back to the area and she is the best optometrist I've ever had. Thorough, accurate and very personable. I highly recommend her! Oh yes, the office staff are great and the office itself is clean and pleasant.
Excellent eye care practice. Dr. Rapp and team are really good. Very thorough and professional. Detailed and extensive evaluation. I have family history of cataracts and glaucoma and was very concerned about getting a thorough evaluation. Came away very confident with the assessment and guidance.
