Incredible first time experience here today. Had an emergency. Got me right in. Felt there was a sense of urgency. Dr Brown was phenomenal. I can tell he enjoys what he does and explains everything so well. Will be back with my whole family.
Dr. Brown is amazing, personable and knowledgeable . He prescribed an amazing eye prescription for me. I referred my sister and she also had a 10/10 experience and he fixed her eye prescription. The girls that work there are very sweet!! They are welcoming and helpful. I also love my glasses !! 👓 Thank you, Dr. Brown.
Total ripoff! Full story coming. You won't believe my story. Wasted more than $1000.00 here and still had terribly blurry vision, giant coke bottle thick lens, wrong prescription after two refractory exams which I paid for, 3 sets of lenses, six visits, no refund policy, on and on. I will provide more details soon. Long story short, save yourself a lot of misery and money. I gave up on this business and went to Walmart in Waynesville. My prescription was completely different in both eyes. Now I can finally see clearly after 4 months of eyestrain and blurry vision. I got far superior glasses and a 12 month supply of contact lenses for a little over half the price that I wasted at Smoky Mountain Eye Care. To be continued for anyone that doubts my review.
Great eye doctor office. Have been going there for a few years. Doctor treats and staff treats you with respect and does not drain your bank account.
I've had Dr Coy Brown now for around 15 yrs as my eye doctor he has helped me in many ways with my glaucoma and I'll always appreciate his thoughtfulness for his patients. Thank you Dr.Coy Brown for all you do God Bless Frances Brown and no we sre not related either lol.
