Recently went to Pearl Vision (on Kirk rd) as they accept my insurance. I have to say you can go to any place but if you are not stepping out satisfy and get all your concerns vetted, it is actually not a good visit. I saw Dr. Dayra Macias she took her time and explained and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend her. And definitely will be back.
My mom visited this location and ended up calling me because she was confused about something related to her order. When I spoke with the employee, he was argumentative and condescending rather than helpful. He made a comment about whether I was the “decision maker” in a way that felt mocking and dismissive instead of trying to understand the situation. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I expected a much higher level of respect and patience.
The technician s are very friendly, but the prescription glasses take longer to process it, more longer than the other optical stores,🥱🤔 my son has waiting for his prescription glasses for a month already!
The sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable, and I love my new Oakley prescription sunglasses!!
Carlos who checked me, took all my information and performed preliminary tests was friendly and professional. Dr. Feiz is second to none. She’s patient, personable, knowledgeable and overall fantastic bedside manner. I would highly recommend bringing in the entire family.
