I had a terrible experience last year. My job offered free safety glasses but I was only able to select them from their list of Optical stores. This place being one of them, I selected them because they are close to my home. My eye exam was so much different than any other experience before. They put some eye drops on my eye I believe twice which one made my pupils expand I believe it was for. The other one made my eyes very sleepy and felt heavy and tired. When I received my safety glasses, the prescription was so strong, I had them on for three hours and got dizzy and had a terrible headache, I kept trying them but I kept having the same problems. I would never come back to this place.
First off, let me say Melissa was great. They made an experience which is usually kinda boring into something enjoyable. They did everything from greeting us when we walked in, helping us with our budget, giving great suggestions for the different types of glasses, and overall, just fantastic. Thank you, Melissa, and the rest of your team.
Both Louis and Melissa were awesome to deal with. Professional, friendly, and patient. Had all of the newest and coolest styles of frames and sunglasses. When I had trouble deciding I never felt rushed or "pushed" into any decision. Every one in the store was smiling and looked happy. Great doctor who provided very through exam and best of all the cost was comparable to Walmart, just a few dollars more. If you live in the area and need an eye exam, frames, lenses or contacts you have to give them a chance to earn your business, you will not be disappointed.
I stopped in to have my sun glasses repaired. Laura helped me and was very friendly. She quickly fixed the plastic nose pad and straighten the metal frame it was attached to. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes and they did a wonderful job!!
