I had an excellent experience at Somerset Eye Center. The entire team was professional, courteous, and welcoming from start to finish. The receptionist, Angelic, was attentive and courteous. The medical associate who assisted me - Hope, stood out for her friendliness and proficiency. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process and demonstrated strong knowledge in her work. The Ophthalmologist, Dr. Tobin, was thorough and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated how he reviewed and explained the imaging of both eyes, clearly outlining the findings and any potential impact. His willingness to ensure I fully understood my condition was truly impressive and testament to excellent patient care. Even the intern observer, Maria, contributed positively to the visit with a friendly and respectful demeanor. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and was a pleasant surprise.
