South Bay Eye Care Optometry I

My experience at Southbay Eye Center was exceptional! I was treated with immense kindness, warmth, and genuine care. The time was incredibly efficient, and I left with a prescription for glasses and contact lenses and eyeglasses and 2020 Vision from the lenses I received that day . I have astigmatism in both eyes, and getting a prescription that works can be challenging. The staff at Southbay Eye Center went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right prescription. They not only taught me how to insert my contacts but also checked their strength before allowing me to leave. From the bubbly and sweet receptionist to the expert Doctor who made sure I wasn’t given a “ good enough” prescription but the absolute best I can , everyone made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Southbay Eye Center and will continue to see them for my eye care from now on.

WOW, better than expected. NO OTHER store would take my cheaper plastic frames to fill my prescription, NONE! They didn't want to risk the frame breaking, even tho I offered to sign a waiver. But this place didn't bat an eye. Dropped off my frames and I was in & out in 5 minutes AND got my glasses back in 10 days when most places take 2 weeks. Forget Costco and all these other hoity toitys who insist you buy THEIR overpriced frames, this is the place! Fast, efficient, very reasonable price. I definitely found my new eyeglass place. Very pleased! 👓😎

They are super efficient and always so nice. I usually show up early for my appointments, and the wait is totally fine. They're always so friendly, and I really appreciate it.

Wonderful staff, from entering the building I was greeted with a nice “Hello” from behind the front desk. The young lady that assisted with my pre screening was very gentle and kind. The eye pressure machine is not my favorite and I have trouble each time, she somehow got each eye on the first try. The doctor is very informative, relaxed, and explained what she was doing and the process each time she was doing something. I felt very confident and at ease here. I truly appreciate how nice and smooth everything went. I will recommend to anyone who needs a great eye doctor in the area.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful ophthalmologist! They were able to get my eye glasses same day and the perfect frame I had chosen! Always a great experience!
