Everyone at Proview were professional and courteous! I couldn't be more pleased with the help and results I received from the staff! The waiting room is clean has water and coffee plenty of seating, but the wait is not long. I give them an A+ , and 100 out of 100score.
Great customer service. The tech was super friendly. Walked me through all the tests he had to do. Was very open and informative. Made the process very comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Green. She was amazing. Again, super friendly and nice. She had great bedside manners. Went through and discussed the photos of the back of my eye and optic nerve. Made the whole process very easy and comfortable. They did not try to upsell me on anything and was upfront with what my insurance would cover and my out of pocket cost. They even informed me of a rebate with the contacts that I purchased.
Took my daughter in today. She’s 10. She has a very hard time with anything having to do with doctor visits, her anxiety goes through the roof and she has a hard time dealing with her emotions. The staff here were soooo patient. They spoke to her with understanding and explained everything as they went. They understood that to her this was a big deal. They showed her every machine they used and walked her through the process to the point that she was willing to go through with the scans. The doctor was so very patient, she was thorough with every eye test and I can tell my daughter felt comfortable with her. Her attitude improved. I will definitely keep taking my daughter back for routine visits. Great service.
I had my first appointment today and my experience was great. I’m so happy at how organized they are and the office is so clean. Dr. Greene made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I’m definitely glad I chose them for my eye care.
The staff here are all so outstandingly friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean and properly sanitized. They also have an impressive selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. You won’t regret coming here to this efficient optometrist office. Dr. Arabi is our favorite and always so attentive.
