Dr. Minping Liu Is one of the worst doctors out there! She has no bedside manners, does not care about her patients nor listens to them. My parents had an appointment recently and the doctor didn’t even look at them, made eye contact or listened to what they had to say. My mom’s blood pressure has been high and there were some adjustments to her medications. My mom tried to explain it to Dr. Liu and she was extremely rude, cut my mom off mid sentence and didn’t let her continue. Absolutely WORST doctor ever. We are NEVER coming back here again. We are better off getting an interpreter for every appointment than getting an half-ass service from a doctor who is rude and doesn’t care about their patients. DO NOT choose Dr. Minping Liu as your PCP (unless you don’t mind horrible bedside manners and someone who doesn’t care for you).

I love the OBGYN care I received here and the care my son receives. I will no longer be going here for PCP care - they're very rushed, unfortunately. I love Dr. Lucy Chen- she's truly the best!! And my son's doctor Dr. Zheng - the sweetest.
Front desk has a male representative. His services is poor. He is impolite. He does not know how to help me in solving the insurance paper. He just act like he can solve for it, but actually there’s no helpful at all. I still confuse about my insurance. He helps me solve the paper twice; both times does not work and with this attitude I don’t recommend. He also on his phone during business hours. His working attitude is an issue. He cannot have patient in explaining insurance to me. And what he translates is different than the person on phone call was talking about my insurance paper. At the end, he is not a helpful person. The center generally is not bad, but avoid this representative or hire a different person.
I just moved here from another state. It was my first visit today. The doctor was impatient. I wanted to explain my situation, but she didn't listen. I am wondering if she doesn't like me or doesn't like my insurance. Waiting for 1 hour for just 5' with that doctor!!! So I was scared to take the medicine she gave. I know it spends a lot of money, times and effort to be a doctor, but in any work you do should put your heart in it
It’s a very bad experience at the front desk on the right, next to the wall when you walk in. You ask her some questions, then she shows she is very annoyed and kicks the desk, yelling at you, “You’re trouble, we won’t do this for you!” I don’t know how this company can run, especially with the kind of people they hire.
