I appreciate the professional and friendly staff at the office. They put me at ease. It is a relaxed, well explained eye exam by the technician and then again by the actual doctor. I love that they answer all your questions and take time to do this. I have always found your doctors thorough and personable.

As an autistic/transfem person, the staff here are so nice! They were very respectful of my gender expression and I felt able to easily connect with the doctors. It was a low stress visit and I will definitely be returning the next time I need to renew my eyeglasses lens prescription.

I feel like I got a great eye exam OD Abigail Colbert was amazing. She was very patient with me. when figuring out what lens made my eyes more clearer. the personnel there were all very knowledgeable. But most of all I loved that everyone was cheerful With big smiles. When choosing a pair of glasses, the two people I was speaking with helped me to find pair that I think are perfect.

It was a good experience from signing in. The front fest was friendly, the people handling the eye glasses were very welcoming entering and when we left as well. My Dr was very polite, had a lot of patience waiting for me to get my info on my portal. She did a thorough job on my eyes and explained everything to me. I made an appointment for an eye exam as well.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Been coming here for a few years. The are first rate and Dr. Colbert is one of the best , as they make everyone feel welcome
