I really loved how kind and professional the staff members were at this place! Also the front desk staff member was very nice to explain all the guidelines and questions I asked. The wait time was not that long, I waited about 20mins to see the provider. The technician who was assigned to me was the best! She was very professional and detail-orientated, she closed the door when she started to ask me questions on my medical history, etc. The reason why I took one star off is because the provider was not really paying attention to his patient - I felt he was rushing to something, looking at his phone, didn’t close the door when we started our session - which had me felt my privacy was exposed when I share my medical history, and only had about 5mins with the provider. I will still recommend this place for its advanced technology/equipment for medical eye exam.

Medical care was good. I arrived at 12:35 for a 12:45 appt. Sign on the door said “Be back at 12:30”. A young lady opened the door at 12:40, letting 2 patients in. No apology. I saw three staff, including an MD, and nobody had an ID or name badge. A person took me in to an exam room, I had no idea what her name, role, or credential was. She was petite young lady wearing a 3X sweatshirt, slightly tattered, and extreme Goth style black boots. Interesting look, but not professional. The MD then came in, I gave her a couple min, then asked her name. She replied ‘Dr. X, you saw me last year’. Sorry, but a 15 min interchange a year ago is not seared in my memory. Positive note, staff were consistently explicit with, when they offer additional services, what the out of pocket expense would be. A clean, well equipped clinic which could be even better.

Everyone at the Medford office is very respectful of why you are there and very thorough in each of the test they give you. All are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. The doctors are all very knowledgeable and do not rush you through anything, making sure you ask all your questions and answer everything for you to understand.

I highly recommend Boston Vision in Medford. I have used their services for a few years now and every experience has been positive. Employees are all friendly and always on time. My doctor is Dr. Demiri. She is great. Very professional yet always friendly. Takes all the time I need to answer my questions. Very happy to be aligned with Boston Vision and Dr. Demiri!

My first visit to that office in Medford. The team members have a well organized method that works very well with the clients. I felt comfortable and engaged with the processes I needed to go to prior to seeing the doctor. When I saw the doctor they were prepared for me. Even checkout was ready. Tital wait time was minimal, maybe 5 minutes at most.
