Excellent healtchcare and care in general. The people are friendly and explanatory when it comes to various eye conditions. And shopping for glasses all in one is a breeze. The woman I got was no nonsense and helped my daughter pick out a pair that fit her face. Friendly service, well explained, wish I could come here for my glaucoma!

I have been going to this facility for a very long time as I have Glaucoma and of course I checks per year. Their state of the art everyone is very kind and accommodating Especially Dr. Danny Matthews, who explains everything thoroughly! I’m a nurse so I like the best!!! They also surprise me this morning with the new machine For Glaucoma testing which I’m extremely fond of over and above the other, which was also state of the art… Thank you for serving us on the south end of Fort Worth!
Outstanding service by Dr. Chu. He carefully explained all his observations and provided clear answers to all my questions. I enjoyed is professional demeanor and friendly customer service skills. I will definitely be using him and Chu Eye Works again.
My experience at Chu Eyeworks was excellent. If there’s room for improvement it’s their online appointment website. The doctor I used previously, Mathews, wasn’t listed on their website so I wasn’t able to select him. I assumed he left the practice but when I asked during my appointment I was told his name was bumped off when they added another doctor. Also, there’s a dropdown menu where you select the reason for your visit. I checked General Eye Exam assuming my eyes would be dilated but I found out that wasn’t the case so I have to go back for that to happen. And the drop downmenu doesn’t give you the option for eye dilation. Next, when I received the confirmation email for my appointment, the box that should have shown the date/time was blank. I had to reschedule my appointment so I received a second confirmation email and it too was blank on the date/time so it wasn’t a fluke, one time occurrence. And finally, the font size on the confirmation email is so small you need glasses to read it .,. but maybe that’s the point … you need to visit the eye doctor. Seriously though, the font is ridiculously small. They do a great job though on your eyes!
If I could, I would actually give zero stars. My husband went in for an eye exam because they are on the VSP Insurance list. The exam went fine, but the problem started when he went to order his glasses. My husband's vision is great and the only thing he needs are readers, which he normally just buys at the drugstore. He decided to go with the prescription that she gave him. Of course, when he went to purchase, they upsold him, so he ended up getting progressives, which he absolutely did not need and the latest eye appointment he just had this week at a different location confirmed that, which is why I am just now writing this review. The upgrades cost him out of pocket over $400. When he went in to pick up his glasses and tried them on, he could not see correctly out of them. The vision center salesman told him it was because it was the in the afternoon and his eyes were tired and it would be much better in the morning. So let me get this right, your glasses, only work in the morning? He told him to keep them for a day or two and see if anything changed. My husband explained that we were moving from the area the next day but was told he could call and send them back if they did not work. Well, they did not work any better. He called and called and left many messages, and they never, ever called him back. I am guessing the salesman was only interested in making a commission and didn't care if he could see out of them or not. I would rather pay out of pocket somewhere else than to ever go back to this location.
