We had an outstanding experience at South Florida Eye Health. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff treated my father with genuine respect, patience, kindness, and compassion. They took the time to make him feel comfortable and never made us feel rushed. The office was clean, organized, and very professional. We were also impressed that they honored our appointment time—in fact, my father was seen about five minutes before his scheduled appointment. It’s refreshing to find a medical practice that values both excellent patient care and punctuality. Thank you to the entire team for making my father’s visit such a positive experience. I recently visited for my yearly check. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Everyone treated me professionally and kindly. From the front desk to the technicians. The professionals were very thorough and used technology to the fullest. The reports are very detailed, far more than what I was used to. Excellent. Special mention to Dr. Marlene Moster, who took time to explain in detail what she was doing, what was she checking for, and gave me advise on preventive measures. Outstanding professional. This was my first visit. It certainly won’t be my last one. Ten out of ten.

Dr. Moster is an exceptional eye doctor who truly prioritizes her patients’ care. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options. I felt comfortable asking questions, and she made sure I understood everything clearly. The office is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Moster to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist

Omg, what an awful and disgusting experience. My son went in for a consultation after a referral from a routine exam. He saw the specialist and was diagnosed with keratoconus. (Please look this up as it’s a very serious condition) He was then scheduled for surgery a month later. Everything seemed fine till he received a telephone call from the specialist office 2 days prior surgery, the person on the phone said; that the facility that they scheduled him at didn’t do the surgery and after being informed that he’s insurance would cover the surgery a month prior, now was being told that they were uncertain if the insurance would cover it. Best part, yes, it’s $7000k per eye, but they were uncertain. What kind of practice schedules you for surgery, tells you that you’re good to go on a very delicate surgery, only to call u 2 days prior that their staff made an error. We were left with no answers, only uncertainties. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism, such a void when you’re trusting a specialist in the field to help you cope with such condition. It is unacceptable and heartbreaking, I would never recommend this place to anyone. The eyes are so delicate.

Dr. Moster is very kind, nice and gracious. She is very knowledgeable and will explain the procedure that she will perform in details. She is excellent and caring and it is obviously clear that she loves what she is doing. Her staff is excellent and the office is immaculate. I am so grateful that I met Dr. Moster and I highly recommend her.
