Avoid to go this Davie Location!! I had a terrible experience, front desk was super rude we went there because it is the closest one to me, to only order a glasses I had the prescription already and the front desk lady told me they only do glasses until 3:30pm which I went at 4:00pm and the door says they close at 5:00pm. Please if you ever need glasses go to any other location. It’s unbelievable that we go to spend money there and they act like this, Vivian was there and she didn’t do nothing about it!!!

The younger lady at front was very pleasant. The lady who actually gave me glasses is very rude and didn’t look like she wants led to explain my prescription. On the first visit as new customer I felt the same for the lady. Wouldn’t answer questions or very vague. Never coming back again.

I had such a great experience here. The entire staff is amazing — super professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They really make you feel comfortable and well taken care of the whole time. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommended, 100%!

From the front desk to the back testing stations to Vivian , who does the final order is nothing short of a pleasure. Very professional but at the same time personable. they are not in a hurry and they just want to make sure everything is done right and correct for your own individual needs.
