Excellent service and very friendly staff. Doctor and assistant were fabulous and I absolutely love Cindy! She was so helpful helping me pick out glasses and helping me get the right pair that shapes my face. I definitely recommend South Florida Vision! In and out within an hour.
This is my first time going to Dr. Shari’s office, and although she is really nice and helpful, I believe waiting 30 mins to an hour to see another person just to pick out your glasses is really dumb. In other offices, they have many people up front to help pick out and order your glasses. A lot of older people come in this office, so they take a little longer to pick out their glasses. I feel like it would be better if they had more people up front to help with that.
I went to South Florida Vision Center today to accompany, my father and our visit with very smoothly. Towards the end of our appointment, we were helped by Cindy Belzo, who took care of us, assisted us with everything and took time to explain everything.
My experience with Cindy Belzo was one of the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time Kind knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything give her a raise she gets a 10 out of 10 from Laura
Had my appointment today at 11:15am in this Delray Beach SFVC located in the Kings Point Shopping Center. Arrived at 11:05... checked in with Aline and GiGi and was advised to take a seat in the waiting room. Within 10 minutes.... Mikala called my name. That was very impressive as there was virtually NO WAIT TIME... MIKALA did an excellent job of checking my eye pressure and she gave me an eye exam. She examined both my regular glasses and my prescription sunglasses. I then was directed to the other wait room closer to DR. NADINE'S office. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Nadine called me for my annual eye exam. She was polite, professional, and passionate... the three P's... 😉 😉 DR. NADINE answered all of my questions and provided me with my 2026 eye exam results which Aline gave me upon my exit. In and out in 45 minutes with a thorough overview of my eyes. Having macula degeneration and dry eye syndrome I left SFVC in DELRAY BEACH very satisfied that my eyes are maintaining good vision strength.
