This was the best medical experience with any doctor that I’ve had in my life. I have extreme medical anxiety and even brought a friend for emotional support. I came because I was so scared something was wrong with me, but it turns out I have 20/20 vision and just a tiny astigmatism. Dr. Cabrera is so easy-going, pleasant, kind, caring, nice, and friendly that I wasn’t even nervous. Honestly, I am so grateful.
I had the most pleasant experience here getting my glasses. They have an unlimited options and Sady helped me get the best deal. I cant wait to see my glasses! Come here you won't be disappointed.
I had an amazing experience at this eye doctor’s office! Sady was able to assist me right away and was incredibly caring, which I truly appreciated. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!
I think I was just discriminated against because of my size! I went to have an eye exam and the chair that they had me sit in was hurting my wide hips so i asked if i could use the chair that was right next to me without siding, he said No! So I explained to him the it was impossible for me to sit still in pain at this time im guessing she's the doctor says well im not going to see you! That's fine but you want to see patients, bill the insurance company but not at least accommodate a comfortable seat so service can be provided! I'll never go back and i will be reporting it to the state who licenses theses places and seekin legal counsel but i recorded EVERYTHING!
I have been wearing eye glasses for years and have gone to several optical stores throughout my lifetime. This is the worst place that I have ever gone to. The optometrist was knowledgeable but the customer service is horrible. I will not go into the details for it's too long to explain but both times I have been there it has not been a positive one. I definitely will not be going there again and should I point out I am not one to take the time to write reviews unless it's worthwhile my time.
