Please avoid if necessary. My recent experience was disappointing, particularly due to the receptionist's rude and unprofessional demeanor. It's surprising to encounter that kind of attitude in a customer-facing role, and it left a very negative impression. Additionally, I was given a crooked pair of glasses—apparently the display pair—without any prior notice. After paying $250 out of pocket, I expected a new product or at the very least, transparency about what I was receiving. Had I known, I would have preferred to purchase directly from a retailer for a similar price and likely better service. The eye doctor was satisfactory, but the overall experience was far from impressive. Unfortunately, I regret choosing this location and will not be returning or recommending it to others.
