When I first walked in the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. No customer service at all. When I walked in and was signing in she asked what are you here for? Duh an eye appt was what I was thinking….but I said I have an appt(now mind that she is at the desk farthest from the glass window where I was signing in at) and had to use her outside voice) what’s your name? I tell her and she is still sitting there and says oh go ahead and sign in and read the information on the sheet next to the sign in. I read it and she says now you have to sign that you read it, your not going to see your signature but I will, which was what I was attempting to do when I walked in. Then she proceeded to ask me other personal questions as she sat across the room. No personality at all. The nurse that took me back to the room was great. She had great customer service skills and was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The Dr was very thorough and answered all my questions. John who helped me pick out glasses was great. Very thorough and answered all my questions. Great cost service skills. Now when you have to checkout you have to go out into the lobby to discuss all your personal information, your bill etc, Not a fan of that. A different receptionist and the other receptionist was sitting there and the first thing she asked me before she even looked at my chart was do you want to schedule next years eye exam? What no I would like to schedule an appt to do a field test. She then looks at my paper from the Dr and says oh I missed that. Really you did t even look but I didn’t say that even though I wanted too. She then proceeded to tell me it would be a month before I could get this test. This when I said no that’s not acceptable. We are talking I need this test before we can figure out if I need surgery for my nerve damage or what game plan we need to do. I asked can we see if I can get into Tifton location? No you have to stay with the Dr you were booked with today. What? Really? Then you need to find me an appt earlier than 30 days. Now understand she didn’t do that till the other receptionist I spoke with earlier said look here, I would but I am not signed in, what? Still no personality, of let me see what we can do, just that’s our policy. If your looking some kind of customer service and privacy don’t go there!

I’m here because my frame broke and I lost a lens; company policy is that they can’t be reduplicated. I have to have an eye exam! Even though I’ve had cataract surgery with lens implants and there was very little change in my last RX. Peterman even asked me upon my previous visit why I was there! So, this day, I’m here to get the exam that is necessary! Waiting room is packed. There is one physician! I had to stand in line while one person checked checks one guy, but two evaluations in. My appointment, and obviously several others, was at 2:10 PM. According to the PUBLIC SIGN-IN sheet the next increment following was at 2:20 PM. That was the end of my observation of the sign-in list. After providing my ‘means of payment’ I was theprompt to have a seat and someone would be with me soon! At 2:40 PM the assistant comes for me and starts her routine. My eyes are dilated and I’m told to sit again.along one with the other 5-6! Just waiting. Finally, I’m called in to see the physician, who was very nice and professional! But, it takes her 15 min minutes to do what I’m actually there for! And, at this point I’m handed an appt card for NEXT year! Next step——wait again! Folks are lined up! John Moore, the lab technician, is NOT paid enough and I have no idea what his salary is! But, whatever it is, is NOT ENOUGH! I walked out at 4:40 PM!! You size it up? What would you have to say! I don’t like to CHANGE physicians, but really! This was ridiculous! What was important to the company was that appointment card! Let us get you back in here in a year, Succor! REALLY?
Did not have a good experience. I was told when I made a appointment that they took my insurance. Then when I go to the appointment. I am told that they won't accept my insurance. They ended up do our exam but would not fill our subscription and let us order glasses. Now we are stuck trying to find someone else to fill our subscription. Me and my husband are very much disappointed
The staff was wonderful and kind. The documents tore explained everything that she was doing. If I had questions she answer them. I would definitely recommend South Georgia/North Florida eye partners. You all Rock. Thank you!
Completely satisfied with Outstanding service from reception, triage and doctor for an urgent matter with my eyes and seen within the hour of calling to make the appointment. Looking forward to returning and a good report by the grace of God. Thanks very much. Well done!!
