My first time visit was well worth the time. I was going with my husband to his appointments and finally decided to make one for myself. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I was really moved by the Staff and Dr. Cooper. They were tops with the service and information to help me understand some of the issues that I was having with my vision. I left their office well pleased . By following the instructions given to me, I already see an improvement. Thank you for loyal and dedicated service.

I have always been afraid of going for eye examine but not anymore. They were WONDERFUL. DR. ROWE is great as well as her assistant ASHLEY. They made this examine almost pleasant. Come on, it is going to a doctor. The front staff was great as well, Brittany & Courtney. I will never go any place other place.

I contacted this eye doctor’s office to schedule an appointment for my elderly mother, who lives approximately 35 miles away. Before arranging the visit, I called to verify insurance coverage. The staff member informed me that I needed to contact the insurance company myself, even though confirming insurance is typically handled by the provider’s office. I also sent a message to the office on Friday and did not receive any response. When I called again today around 1:45 PM, I spoke with the same staff member. She attempted to schedule an appointment for the very next day, despite my earlier explanation that we could not come on such short notice. She then stated that she had spoken with me previously and repeated that she did not know whether the office accepted the insurance. It is unreasonable to expect a patient to drive more than 30 miles without clear information regarding insurance acceptance or potential costs. The lack of communication and unwillingness to assist with basic verification reflects poor customer service. Based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not feel confident that my mother would receive an appropriate care given the way our inquiries were handled.

Dr Rowe, Callie and the "front desk four" were all great. Very friendly and personable, and totally professional at the same time. They put me at ease right away and made me feel like a priority. I highly recommend them -

First time visiting. Check in was easy and I didn't wait long. Suzie did a great job of getting me settled and we found out we go to the same church! Dr. Kolisz is efficient and got me into a better prescription for my contact lenses. Mikayla the optician was very helpful in finding a great pair of glasses. Overall, a terrific experience.
