Overall, a wonderful experience from the time I entered the store the staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful. I love Dr. Joey, he explained the changes in my eyes, the new prescription for my lenses. At the time of checking out and making my payment for the visit the staff member explained when to expect my new lenses, how I would be contacted and my next visit for my one year follow up. When she collected my payment, she was efficient and friendly. Overall, one of the best experiences, I was treated as a person not a number.

Dr. Joey and ALL of his staff are phenomenal! Professional, kind and considerate. I am so happy I found this wonderful place to take care of my eyes!

My husband and I felt that this was a great experience with the eye-exam, the doctors knowledge, and the staff and their ability to communicate the timeline of his glasses. We definitely lucked out on this walk-in from Google Recommendations!
