Very pleased with my initial visit. All staff were efficient, positive, flexible and caring. Dr. Max was highly professional as well as the other adjectives above. An awesome experience.
I don’t like this place. They aren’t the nicest people and it’s always packed slap full like not even anywhere to sit It’s Insane they schedule so many people at once and not even have rooms available or seats to sit In.
I had LASIK through them and couldn't be happier! After only seven minutes, I can finally see trees!!! I couldn't believe how easy it was. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I can't believe I waited this long to have LASIK. I highly recommend anyone who wants LASIK come to Southern Eye Consultants. Check out my eyes, ONE DAY after surgery!!!
I had a great experience bringing a friend for an appointment. The nurses and doctor were super nice and explained everything to my friend and me. From walking through the door to getting scheduled for surgery, we were in less than an hour. I’ve never been dilated that quick. There were also surgery patients in the waiting room who said surgery was so easy. It was cute to see everyone comparing how good their vision was.
From the moment we signed in until we checked out, everyone was professional, friendly, patient with us, and went out of their way to make my daughter and I feel welcome. Dr. Johnson is personable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and also willing to answer any questions you may have. I feel very comfortable with trusting him to perform my surgery!
