Went here in Dec 2018. Thought the service was good and was happy with the exam. Unfortunately I called today to get another exam and they no longer take my major carrier health insurance because the dr is now "independent."
The vision department at the Olean store is terrible, they shove $900 worth of glasses that don't fit right, and when you go in for service on your glasses she is either not there or she is talking to someone about her dogs while people are waiting for service. I have tried three times but I can never get anyone to help me Evidently they only have one person that is capable, but I'm not sure that's even the case
Very limited hours with the staff that can assist with exams, ordering and dispensing but otherwise we have been very pleased with service, warranty and price.
