Southlake Eyes Now Next To LensCrafters

Made an appointment on Sunday due to an eye issue that needed emergency care but normal Dr was unavailable due to holiday weekend. Person I spoke to on phone asked for my vision insurance after informing him of issue. I filled out paperwork that included both my vision and medical insurance. Upon arrival I was asked for my medical insurance again and then was told it was inactive and I would need to pay out of pocket. The chunky lady with glasses handling the check-in was rude and condescending and made 0 attempt to rectify her mishandling of the insurance. She 100% was running the insurance incorrectly as I have an employer sponsored plan. I went somewhere else right after to which I had 0 issues. I can’t speak to the level of care that the doctor would have provided but I would avoid this place as there are many options out there. The office staff needs to be trained properly on how to handle patients and resolve issues effectively. I had driven over 40 mins to go to this facility because of the positive reviews and was only offered to come back another day with an emergency situation.

Excellent service, their equipment are up to date, my visit was nothing but great. They’re very professional including the ones behind the front desk. They work with LensCrafters next door. I think it’s more on culture based business relationship aspect. Meaning they help each other out, they benefit from one another and together, they create excellent customer services. I’ve seen this before and it’s rare. About next door, is another great review. This place also didn’t pressure me to anything, I didn’t feel rushed but the service went very smooth

I had a really great experience at Southlake Eyes Now. The staff were incredibly caring, kind, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The optometrist was also very attentive, took the time to answer my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I really appreciated how quickly I was able to get seen without feeling rushed. Overall, excellent service and a very welcoming environment—I would definitely recommend them!

Had a great experience with my eye exam. The doctor was kind, courteous, and very friendly. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process comfortable. Highly recommend!

My husband was referred by his oftalmologist for a test for the health of his macula. We were very pleased. The examination was very thorough and I felt he was in good hands.
