Dr. Byrd and her team were very nice an accommodating! I also loved that I could schedule an appointment online easily, and they even had an appointment open the next week! I'd been trying to get in with my former optometrist for 6 months, and kept getting bumped due to staffing issues. It seems like that's so common right now. Dr. Byrd was available right away, she was SO nice, and it was very easy to setup this appointment. You can also park right in front of the office, walk right in, they're expecting and waiting for you, and you walk right back for your appointment. It was so efficient and easy. Thank you Dr. Byrd!! Edit: My whole family has now been seeing Dr Byrd for a couple years, and we just love this office so much. She is so helpful and kind. I could not recommend her more.

Dr. Christy Byrd was exceptional! I was treated with the out most respect and kindness. My eyes have never felt better than they do today because Dr . Byrd took the time to check them thoroughly and even checked for the right size and fit of contacts for my eyes comfort. Thank you, I truly appreciate you.

Dr. Byrd provided excellent care and truly listens to your concerns. The office doesn't have all of the bell and whistles but you still get top notch treatment and service. I highly recommend.
