The Eye Center

All the staff at The Eye Center are awesome! They got me checked in smoothly and quickly, and everyone was so kind throughout the whole appointment. My exam went by super quick as well, they explained every step to me and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Wong was excellent and he answered all my questions very thoroughly. He double checked everything to make sure my eyes were healthy which I greatly appreciate, and the prescription process was very easy. This was my first eye exam ever and it was a breeze, the office is incredibly welcoming, and I would recommend it to anyone :)

From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. Alexis and Emelda greeted me with a smile, were incredibly friendly and helpful getting me checked in, handled my insurance efficiently, and let me know my expected wait time upfront. Alexis had called me ahead of my Saturday appointment to let me know I could come in a little early which I really appreciated because I had to get home quickly for childcare. They really set the tone for the whole visit. My technician, Carissa, was outstanding. She walked me through every step of my comprehensive eye exam clearly and confidently, always letting me know what to expect, when to hold still, when not to blink, what was coming next. She had such an organized, efficient system that my health history flew by, and I got to see the doctor much faster than I expected. She was also just genuinely warm and kind throughout. The doctor wrapped up the exam quickly and had me on my way in no time. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and never felt rushed, just very well-run. I was impressed with their level of high tech examination tools. I had never seen a number of the tools they had on site. I’ll absolutely be coming back for all future eye exams and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a team that’s both skilled and pleasant to be around.

This was my second visit to this location to get my routine exam and contacts/glasses. The location is very clean and easy to navigate. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and kind. I was seen very quickly but didn’t feel rushed. Both the tech and Optometrist were very friendly. I ended up getting contacts and glasses. My experience with the eyeglass sales person was pleasant. They were quite busy with only 2 maybe 3 sales people so she was bouncing between patients but was super friendly and engaging despite juggling multiple people. She was able to take care of me pretty quickly! It was an overall good experience and they even were dealing with a power outage earlier in the day!

I scheduled two appointments for both kids my youngest was 5 unfortunately they do not cater to young kids which was not my issue my issue was 1 this could have been expressed prior to appointment and 2 when they decided he was not able to complete the exam I asked them for a referral as again completly understand them not catering to his age group but then the referrals given to me, either did not take his insurance, which I specifically asked before being provided with the referrals or they didn’t take his age group. I have literally been on the phone for the past two hours trying to get an appointment for my five year-old. Waited on hold for 40 minutes for the referral, they provide me with only different them to tell me they don’t take his insurance. my in-store experience was great. I’ve never had an issue, but I would’ve wished they would’ve just told me they don’t offer a referral as opposed to feeding me false information.

Dr. Paquin was great! Her exam was very thorough. She even scheduled me a one week follow up appointment which I have never had to do with an eye exam. So I’m glad I came here for my exam and will be highly recommending this office to anyone who asks me. The receptionist was very nice and professional as well! My experience was a 10/10!!
